Feel like yourself again

Testosterone affects much more than sex drive. It shapes energy, mood, muscle mass, bone strength, fat distribution and motivation. Levels gradually fall with age, and for some men they drop low enough to cause symptoms that affect daily life.

Our TRT program starts with proper lab testing, not guesswork. If your levels and symptoms point to low testosterone, your provider will build a treatment plan and monitor you closely so therapy stays safe and effective.

Weight and testosterone are closely linked. Extra body fat can lower testosterone, and low testosterone makes fat harder to lose. That's why many of our patients combine TRT with a weight loss program.

Common symptoms of low T

  • Fatigue and low energy
  • Low libido or erectile changes
  • Loss of muscle and strength
  • Weight gain, especially around the middle
  • Low mood, irritability or brain fog
  • Poor sleep or recovery

TRT in Palm Coast and across Florida

Our Palm Coast office at 26 Office Park Dr serves Flagler County and nearby communities, including Bunnell, Flagler Beach, Ormond Beach, St. Augustine and Daytona. Patients elsewhere in Florida can do most follow-ups by telehealth, with labs drawn at a convenient local lab.

We also offer phentermine and GLP-1 weight loss programs in Florida, so weight and hormones can be managed together.

Frequently asked questions

How do I know if I have low testosterone?

Symptoms are a starting point, but only blood work can confirm low T. We usually test in the morning, when levels are highest, and may repeat the test to confirm.

How soon will I feel better?

Many men notice better energy and mood within a few weeks. Changes in body composition and strength build over several months.

Will TRT affect fertility?

Testosterone therapy can lower sperm production. If fertility matters to you, tell your provider. Options such as hCG may be part of your plan.

Can I do TRT by telehealth?

Follow-ups can often be done by telehealth. Labs are drawn locally. Our Palm Coast office is available for in-person visits and injections.

Important safety information: Testosterone therapy requires a prescription and ongoing monitoring. Possible risks include higher red blood cell counts, acne, fluid retention, worsening sleep apnea, breast tenderness and reduced fertility. TRT is not for men with normal testosterone levels.
