General
How do I get started?
Call our Maryland office at (443) 334-5367 or our Florida office at (386) 283-5972, or request an appointment online. Your first step is a consultation with our provider.
Do I have to come into the office?
No. Telehealth visits are available in Maryland, Florida and New York. Some programs, such as phentermine, may require in-person visits depending on state rules.
Which weight loss medication is best?
It depends on your health, goals and budget. Tirzepatide tends to produce the most weight loss, semaglutide is a well-established weekly option, and phentermine is the most affordable. Your provider will help you decide.
Is there a consultation fee?
A consult fee may apply. It is credited toward your program when you enroll.
Do you speak Spanish or Russian?
Yes. Our team provides care in English, Spanish and Russian.
How quickly will I see results?
Many patients notice less appetite within the first week or two. Weight loss is usually steady over the following months. Results vary.
Do you accept insurance?
Our programs are self-pay with transparent pricing. For brand-name medications, we can send prescriptions to your pharmacy so you can use any pharmacy benefits you have.
Will I gain the weight back?
Appetite can return after medication stops. We focus on habits, protein, strength and a planned maintenance or taper strategy to help you keep the weight off.
GLP-1 Medications (Semaglutide & Tirzepatide)
What's the difference between semaglutide and Wegovy®?
Wegovy® is the FDA-approved brand of semaglutide for weight management. Your provider will discuss which option fits your situation.
How are GLP-1 injections given?
Once a week, with a small needle under the skin of the stomach, thigh or upper arm. We'll teach you. It takes seconds.
What should I eat while on a GLP-1?
Smaller meals that put protein first, plenty of water, and fewer greasy or very sugary foods. These help you feel good and protect muscle.
Can I drink alcohol?
Alcohol can make nausea worse and add empty calories. If you drink, keep it light and talk with your provider.
Phentermine
What does the monthly phentermine price include?
Your visit, a B12 shot and your prescription, starting at $90/month in Maryland and $120/month in Florida.
Can I take phentermine with a GLP-1?
Only if your provider specifically recommends it after evaluating you.
Peptides & TRT
Do I need labs before TRT?
Yes. We confirm low testosterone with blood work before starting, and we monitor labs throughout treatment.
Can women use peptides?
Many peptides, including NAD+, glutathione and sermorelin, are used by both men and women. Your provider will advise you.
