Ipamorelin Peptide Injections
A selective peptide that gently encourages growth hormone release. Patients choose it to support recovery, sleep and lean body composition.
A gentle, selective growth hormone secretagogue
Ipamorelin is a peptide that activates the ghrelin receptor in the pituitary gland, which triggers a pulse of growth hormone. Compared with older peptides in its class, it is known for being selective. It has little effect on cortisol or prolactin and is less likely to increase appetite.
It is often paired with a GHRH peptide, such as sermorelin or CJC-1295, because the two act on different steps of the same pathway.
Ipamorelin is given as a small injection under the skin, usually in the evening.

Frequently asked questions
What's the difference between ipamorelin and sermorelin?
Sermorelin acts like GHRH. Ipamorelin acts on the ghrelin receptor. They work through different signals, which is why they're sometimes combined.
Are there side effects?
Most people tolerate it well. Mild redness at the injection site, headache or flushing are possible.
Will it make me hungry?
Ipamorelin is less likely to increase appetite than some older peptides in its class.
